Do you offer same-day delivery in London?
Selected West London routes can be delivered same-day where the order is placed before the cut-off and a route is already scheduled to your area. Wider London is normally next-day. We confirm the delivery window before you pay.
Which areas do you cover?
We deliver across London from our Greenford / UB6 depot. Selected M25, M4 and M40 corridors are quoted on request. Delivery and collection costs depend on postcode, access and route timing.
What deposit and ID are required?
Our deposit and ID requirements are shown upfront on each product, before checkout. Most hires need a refundable deposit and a standard form of photo ID. The deposit is released on safe return.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Most equipment is available from 1-day hire, with weekly and longer-term rates that reduce the day-rate. Some specialist items have a longer minimum — we confirm before you book.
Can I extend my hire?
Yes. Message the hire desk before your collection date and we will extend in line with availability and the relevant rate. We would rather extend cleanly than rush a return.
Do you support trade or longer-term jobs?
Yes. We work with builders, restoration contractors, cleaning companies, landlords and property managers. Longer-term hire, multi-item bookings and trade-account workflow are all supported — request trade account information through our quote form or WhatsApp the desk. Trade account enquiries are subject to approval.
Can you help me choose the right equipment?
